This is a hand-woven kilim made in Afghanistan.
This piece features bold colors and geometric patterns.
It is flat woven and has no pile so it can be used on both sides.
Although the material is wool, it has a refreshing feel like linen and becomes softer with use.

Regular vacuuming is all you need to keep your rug in good condition. Be sure to vacuum gently in the direction of the pile, avoiding the fringes. If you spill any liquid, blot it immediately with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture. Once a year, lightly wipe the rug with a well-wrung towel, following the direction of the pile.
