This is a hand-woven Persian Gabbeh carpet made in the Shiraz region of Iran. Gabbeh is a type of carpet made by the Qashqai people, and is characterized by its thickness and fluffy texture, which makes you feel as if you are stroking a sheep.
The base color is made of undyed natural wool, giving it a gentle hue. The design features blue and green flowers and deer peeking through the blue frame.
The square represents a "window" and is filled with the wish that happiness will come in. Its small size means it can be used anywhere.
