Handwoven Persian Gabbeh rugs made in Shiraz, Persia.
This is a fine quality Gabbeh that is made from the finest wool, which is of higher quality than regular Gabbehs, and has a tightly woven, fine weave .
The base color is woven from natural wool (raw wool) that has not been dyed at all, so you can enjoy the gentle and soft texture of wool.
The design features a humorous yellow lion with large eyes and sharp teeth that makes it look more like a fish than a lion.
Weaving methods vary depending on the material and place of origin, but the main method for making handwoven carpets is to tie the weft threads to the taut warp threads.

A Lion Gabbeh is a type of rug woven by the nomadic Qashqai people of southwestern Iran, characterized by its distinctive lion-themed design. The lion has long been used as a symbol of strength and wisdom.
