A hand-woven Persian Gabbeh rug made in the Shiraz region of Iran.
This piece has a beautiful contrast between red and blue.
The blue lion wearing a yellow necklace is framed with yellow flowers, giving it a pop look.
Hand-woven carpets have a direction in which the fibers flow, called with the grain and against the grain.
The color tone will look different depending on the direction you lay it, so please compare the third and fourth photos.
Because it is made from high-quality wool, it has cushioning properties and is warm in winter and cool in summer.

A Lion Gabbeh is a type of rug woven by the nomadic Qashqai people of southwestern Iran, characterized by its distinctive lion-themed design. The lion has long been used as a symbol of strength and wisdom.
