This is a hand-woven silk Persian carpet woven at the Masumi workshop in Qom.
The base color is blue, and the pattern is woven with a gold that is close to silver, giving the overall look an elegant feel.
Because it is made of silk, it feels incredibly smooth to the touch and has a beautiful luster.
Handwoven carpets have two directions of pile flow, called with the grain and against the grain. The color tone will look different depending on the direction you lay the carpet, so please compare the second and third photos.
