This is a hand-woven carpet from Tabriz, Iran.
The pale pink and off-white beige colors give this piece a soft and elegant impression.
The wool used is cork wool, which is the fine, soft hair from the chest and neck of lambs, and silk is woven into the shiny white parts to give the pattern a three-dimensional look.
Various types of flowers are intricately woven into the design, spreading out from the central medallion, creating a luxurious and beautiful finish.
