This is a hand-woven Persian Gabbeh rug made in the Shiraz region of Iran.
Gabbeh is a hand-woven carpet made by the Qashqai people.
This Gabbeh has a lion motif.
The base part is woven from undyed wool, giving it the gentle, soft color of natural wool.
The lion part is finished in an exquisite color that is a mixture of emerald green, dull light blue, and gray.
It is a small size among Lion Gabbehs, making it perfect as an accent piece for your room.
