This is a handwoven tribal rug made by the Baluch people of Afghanistan.
The base color is salmon pink, featuring intricate and continuous geometric patterns throughout.
The pile is short, giving it a fresh and clean appearance.
Handwoven rugs have a directionality in the pile, known as 'nap', which affects how the colors appear depending on the direction in which the rug is laid.
