This carpet is hand-woven in Ghazni, in the southeastern region of Afghanistan.
The wool used, known as "Ghazni wool", comes from sheep raised in the harsh climates of the mountainous regions of Afghanistan, making it extremely long and high quality.
This wool contains a high amount of natural oils, giving it the ability to resist water and dirt, making it ideal for carpets.
The primary color of the carpet is a striking vibrant red, featuring a modern design that fits well in contemporary spaces.
