This is a hand-woven silk Persian carpet woven in Qom , located about 100 km south of Tehran, the capital of Persia.
Woven at the Adabi workshop, the base color is pale turquoise green.
The frame is a mix of emerald green and blue. The intricately woven flowers, which show the high level of hand weaving technique, give a gorgeous yet delicate impression.
