This carpet is hand-woven in Ghazni , in southeastern Afghanistan.
The wool used is called "Ghazni wool", and is very long and of high quality, as it comes from sheep that are raised in the mountainous regions of Afghanistan and endure the harsh climate.
This wool contains a lot of oil and has the ability to repel water and dirt, making it ideal for carpets.
The carpet's base color is an eye-catching bright red, and its contemporary design makes it a perfect fit for any modern space.
