This carpet is a Persian carpet, hand-woven by skilled artisans in a workshop in Tabriz , Persia.
Tabriz is a large city in northwestern Iran and the capital of East Aserbaijan Province.
This carpet features an elegant and beautiful design.
The material used is soft, luxurious cork wool obtained from lambs.
Additionally, white silk is woven around the pattern to highlight the intricate details.
The design features a traditional Persian carpet pattern featuring a fish called "mahi," and delicate floral patterns are woven into the center of the carpet as well as into the fringes and white areas.
