This carpet is hand-woven in Lahore , Punjab, Pakistan. The base color is a calm, soft beige. The geometric patterns that are characteristic of Pakistani carpets are beautifully designed.
In addition, silk is woven into the sparkling white parts to give the pattern a three-dimensional look, and the fabric is smooth, soft to the touch and not itchy.
The size is perfect for the entrance, in front of a single chair, under a small table, or next to a bed.
Hand-woven carpets have a different direction of the pile, called with the grain and against the grain, and the way the color appears changes depending on the direction in which it is laid. Please refer to the 8th and 9th photos, which make it easy to see the color changes.
