A hand-woven kilim from Afghanistan.
The darker colours create a calm atmosphere.
This piece is woven in a variety of ways, mainly plain weave , but also patterned weave.
The material is wool. When you first use it, it feels fresh and linen-like, but the more you use it, the softer it gets.
It is thin and easy to carry.
