This is a Persian rug from Qom.
The field features a series of eight orderly rows of boteh patterns, inspired by cypress trees and pine cones. The boteh has symbolized longevity and strength since ancient times and has been incorporated into the crowns of the Safavid dynasty. Surrounding the large boteh are smaller boteh designs.

Maintenance
To maintain good condition for a long time, please pay attention to the following points.

- Once a year, lightly wipe along the pile with a tightly wrung towel to maintain color and luster.
