Qom is located about 100 kilometers south of Tehran, the capital of Persia (modern-day Iran). Each piece is meticulously handwoven by skilled artisans, making every design truly one of a kind. These silk rugs are known for their soft, smooth texture and a refined, elegant sheen that enhances the beauty of their intricate patterns and rich colors.

Please note that as these products are also sold in physical stores, they may be sold out at certain times.

- Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000
- ¥600 flat shipping fee for orders under ¥10,000

Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
- We accept returns or exchanges for unused items only if we are contacted within 7 days of the product’s delivery date.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used or if the tags have been removed or lost.
- If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., the size or appearance is different from what you expected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Defects or Issues with the Product
- If the product you receive is incorrect or defective, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please send the item back to us using collect-on-delivery (COD) shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue a replacement or a refund.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with the product.
