This handwoven rug from India features colorful fan-shaped patterns on a charcoal black background.
Sumac is a traditional plain weave technique in which the weft threads are wrapped around the warp threads as the weft is woven.
Because it has no pile, it is thin and light, yet durable.
In addition, two different hand-weaving techniques are combined to create a three-dimensional texture with high and low irregularities.
Each fan is carefully woven with intricate motifs such as small flowers, leaves, and dots.
The rich colors, including orange, blue, green, yellow, and red, stand out against the deep background color, creating a gorgeous and impressive piece.

Maintenance
Please pay attention to the following points to keep your rug in good condition for a long time.
- Regular vacuuming is sufficient for rug care. Gently vacuum along the pile and avoid the fringes.
- If liquid is spilled, gently blot with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture. Please be careful not to rub.
- Once a year, lightly wipe along the pile with a tightly wrung towel to maintain the luster.
