Customer-Initiated Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, in an unused condition.
- The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- We will only accept returns in unused condition.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Used products
- Products received more than 7 days ago
In Case of Defective or Incorrect Products
If there is a defect in the delivered product or if a product different from your order arrives,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The return shipping cost will be fully covered by us (please return via cash on delivery).
- After confirming the condition of the product, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
About Refunds
- If you paid by credit card:
Refunds will be processed through the card company.
The timing of the refund reflection will vary depending on the card company's closing date. - If you paid by bank transfer:
We will refund to the designated bank account.
We will cover the transfer fees. - Refund processing will be carried out within 7 business days after the arrival and condition confirmation of the returned product.
Request for Returns
- Please do not return the product before contacting us.
First, please reach out via email or LINE. - When returning, please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
- If you are returning a large rug,
we will provide guidance on packaging and collection methods, so
please consult us in advance.
