どの角度から見てもバランスがよく、家具との相性も抜群。連続柄のため、上に家具を置いても美しくまとまります。
やわらかな質感と、シルクのような上品な光沢が特徴で、見る角度によって表情や色味の変化をお楽しみいただけます。
[Characteristics of Pakistani carpets]
It has a high knot density, making it highly durable, and its structure means it will not easily be damaged when placed under furniture.
Also, because it is made of wool, it has good heat retention and can be used comfortably on top of a heated carpet or underfloor heating.
The fur has a grain and a counter-grain texture, so by changing the direction that you lay it, you can enjoy different shades, and you can change the look to match the atmosphere of your room.
[What is Silk Touch?]
With a fine weave of 9 warp threads and 18 weft threads, it is denser than regular Pakistani carpets (9 x 16 threads). As its name suggests, it has a silky smooth and soft feel.
It is a blend of approximately 40% local wool and 60% New Zealand wool, giving it a supple texture.
Silk is used to outline the pattern.

Please note that as these products are also sold in physical stores, they may be sold out at certain times.

- For purchases of 10,000 yen or more : Free shipping
- For purchases under 10,000 yen : Shipping fee 600 yen

- We mainly use Yamato Transport.
- Depending on the region and size of the product, we may use other logistics companies.
- We do not accept requests to specify a logistics company.
Delivery times and shipping
- In the case of prepayment (e.g. bank transfer): Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- For other payment methods (e.g. credit card): Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Please note : Delivery delays may occur for deliveries to remote islands and specific regions, as well as due to the effects of natural disasters and large-scale events.
Returns and Exchanges
At SatiRugs, we allow our customers to return or exchange their handmade carpets, subject to the following conditions:

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
- We will accept returns or exchanges for unused products only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used or if the product tag has been discarded or lost.
- If the product does not meet your expectations (e.g. the size or image is different), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges due to product defects
- If the delivered product is different from the order or is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the item, we will promptly exchange or refund the item.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Pay Later is a payment method provided by the payment service company Paidy. It is not a credit card payment or a loan, so you can pay by bank transfer, convenience store payment, or direct debit.
Free installment fee: Pay later in 3 installments
Pay in 3 installments is a service that allows you to pay in three equal installments, the month after, the month after that, and three months after your use.
If you verify your identity through the Paidy app and upgrade to Paidy Plus for free, you will be able to select the Pay Later in Three Installments option when making your payment.

Cash on delivery
