Please note the following points to keep the product in good condition for a long time.
- Regular vacuuming is sufficient to maintain your carpet. Be sure to vacuum gently in the direction of the pile, avoiding the tufts.
- If you spill liquid, pat the surface with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture, but be careful not to rub.
- To maintain its color and luster, lightly wipe it in the direction of the fur with a tightly wrung towel once a year.

・We mainly use Yamato Transport (may be shipped by other companies depending on the region)

Returns and Exchanges
- We only accept returns and exchanges for unused items within 7 days of receiving the product.
・If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
