What are the store hours?
The store hours for each location are as follows:
- Yokohama Store: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Can I use installment payments when purchasing a rug?
Yes, in addition to credit card installment payments, you can use Paidy for up to 12 installments. The number of installments and conditions will vary depending on the payment method you choose. How do I use LINE coupons?
Coupons distributed via LINE can be used during purchases in our online store. During the checkout process, enter the code you received via LINE in the "Coupon Code" field on the cart screen. If you are using it in-store, simply show the coupon screen to our staff for it to be applied.
Can you tell me about the delivery methods and shipping fees?
- For purchases over 10,000 yen: Free shipping
- For purchases under 10,000 yen: A shipping fee of 600 yen will apply.
We primarily use Yamato Transport, but depending on the region and the size of the product, we may use other logistics companies. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific logistics companies.
