Payment timing

Delivery timing of products
We will ship within 3 business days after confirming payment or settlement.
However, depending on the delivery area, weather, traffic conditions, busy periods, and confirmation of delivery conditions, it may take longer to deliver.
For large items or those requiring installation adjustments, we will consult with you in advance regarding the delivery schedule.
Validity period of orders
If payment confirmation cannot be made within 7 days after your order, we may cancel it.
About stock
Our products are one-of-a-kind.
As they are also sold in physical stores, there may be cases where items are out of stock after your order due to timing of updates.
In such cases, we will contact you promptly, and if you have already made a payment, we will process a refund.
About returns and exchanges
We will accept consultations for returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns due to customer reasons (such as differences in image) will be accepted only if unused and at the customer's expense. In cases of incorrect products, damage, or significant defects not mentioned on the product page, we will handle returns, exchanges, and refunds at our expense.
