Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available at SATHI RUGS.
All prices shown include consumption tax.

Credit Card

Accepted card brands:

Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club

You can pay in full or in installments.
Installments are available in 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 payments.
* The available number of installments may vary depending on your agreement with your card company and your card type.
* Installment payment may not be available on some cards.

We use EMV 3-D Secure identity verification, so you can shop with confidence.

Paidy (Pay Later)

No credit card required — pay for your purchases together the following month by any of the methods below.

• Convenience store payment
• Bank transfer
• Direct debit

After completing Paidy's identity verification process at no charge, you may choose to pay in 3, 6, or 12 installments.
* Available installment options and conditions are subject to Paidy's terms.

Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)

Transfer fees are borne by the customer.
We will ship your order once your payment has been confirmed.

If payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days of your order, the order may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

You can pay the delivery driver in cash when your order arrives.
Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ¥300,000 (tax included).
* Cash on delivery may not be available on remote islands and in some areas.

Important Notes on Cash on Delivery

Cash-on-delivery orders are accepted on the condition that the customer receives and pays for the item upon delivery. If an item is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or prolonged absence for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the actual costs incurred, including round-trip shipping charges, the cash-on-delivery fee, and packaging material costs.
