This hand-knotted rug is crafted in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, at the Kafkazian Workshop. (The workshop's signature is woven in the top left corner)
The glossy and beautiful sheen is a hallmark of rugs from the Kafkazian Workshop.
The base color is a subtle blend of beige with a hint of pink, featuring a design with three flowers woven in the center.
The white areas are woven with silk to create a three-dimensional appearance in the patterns.
Hand-knotted rugs have a directionality in the pile, known as 'with nap' and 'against nap', which affects how the colors appear depending on the laying direction. Please compare the second and third photos for a better understanding.

Maintenance
To keep in good condition for a long time, please pay attention to the following points.
- Regular vacuuming is sufficient for rug care. Gently vacuum along the nap and avoid the fringed areas.
- If liquid is spilled, gently blot with a dry cloth to absorb moisture. Please be careful not to rub.
- Once a year, lightly wipe along the nap with a tightly wrung towel to maintain the color and luster.
