Persian carpets are hand-woven carpets made in Iran, and take many months to be made by skilled craftsmen.
The designs are unique to each region and feature flowers, animals and geometric patterns, and natural materials such as wool and silk.
Silk kimonos are especially rare and expensive, and the vivid colors created using natural dyes last a long time. They have a long history dating back to around 500 BC, and are a representative art of Persian culture.
