This is a handwoven rug made in Lahore, Pakistan.
It features a purple base intricately woven with the characteristic geometric patterns of Pakistani rugs.
This shade of purple is rarely seen outside of Pakistani rugs, making it a unique color combination.
Made from 100% New Zealand wool, it is finished with a fine “12/24” weave, having 12 warp threads and 24 weft threads per square inch. Compared to regular Pakistani rugs, it is finer and more durable.
With dimensions of 137cm x 193cm, it is recommended for placement in front of a two-seater sofa.
What is Fine Quality?
Fine quality is a high-density Pakistani rug finished with a higher weaving density than regular Pakistani rugs.
Woven with a high knot density of 12×24, it features a significantly finer weave compared to standard Pakistani rugs (9×16).
Made from 100% New Zealand wool, the pile is trimmed short to create a refreshing texture and a clean appearance.
Due to its dense weave, it is resistant to dirt and dust, making it very durable and easy to care for. The delicate and intricate patterns can be expressed clearly without losing their outlines.
With a short and sturdy pile, it can be safely used in dining areas with frequent chair movement or places where tables and furniture are placed.

Maintenance
To keep in good condition for a long time, please pay attention to the following points.
- Regular vacuuming is sufficient for rug care. Gently vacuum along the nap and avoid the fringed areas.
- If liquid is spilled, gently blot with a dry cloth to absorb moisture. Please be careful not to rub.
- Once a year, lightly wipe along the nap with a tightly wrung towel to maintain the color and luster.
