This is a handwoven Persian rug made of silk, woven in Qum, located about 100 kilometers south of Tehran, the capital of Iran.
A royal blue rug intricately woven with silver vine patterns down to the details. The limited number of colors used enhances the beautiful luster and elegant tones.
Handwoven rugs have a wool flow known as “right pile” and “wrong pile,” which means the color intensity changes depending on the direction in which it is laid. Please refer to the third and fourth photos to see the color changes clearly.

Maintenance
Please pay attention to the following points to keep your rug in good condition for a long time.
- Regular vacuuming is sufficient for rug care. Gently vacuum along the pile and avoid the fringes.
- If liquid is spilled, gently blot with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture. Please be careful not to rub.
- Once a year, lightly wipe along the pile with a tightly wrung towel to maintain the luster.
