This silk Persian rug is crafted in Qum, located about 100 kilometers south of Tehran.
Featuring a base of elegant purple, the rug incorporates patterns woven with gold thread, highlighting the beautiful luster and sheen characteristic of Persian rugs.
Additionally, as a hand-knotted rug, it exhibits the unique qualities of “pile direction,” with both “up” and “down” orientations, which affect the depth of color and the appearance of shine depending on how it is laid out.

Maintenance
Please pay attention to the following points to keep your rug in good condition for a long time.
- Regular vacuuming is sufficient for rug care. Gently vacuum along the pile and avoid the fringes.
- If liquid is spilled, gently blot with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture. Please be careful not to rub.
- Once a year, lightly wipe along the pile with a tightly wrung towel to maintain the luster.
